KIND PEOPLE

One challenge that kind people face is that people sometimes try to take advantage of their kindness. Soo they need to have a strategy how to deal with this effectivelly.

GOOD AND BAD

We need both good and bad in our lives in order to progress. We need good to support us and bad to awake us to the fact that this world is unpleasant and that we don't belong here.

KNOWLEDGE AND HUMILITY

Incomplete knowledge makes you proud. Complete knowledge makes you humble.

HOW DO WE REACT

When something we don't like happens to us, we get disturbed and react under the influence of passion and ignorance. Ultimately, such unintelligent reaction only makes it worse, for us and for others.

SUCCESS LEAVES TRACKS

Got this in my inbox today. Could be useful.

*

When I began searching for the secrets of success many years ago, I discovered an interesting principle: success leaves tracks. A wise man who had studied success for more than 50 years concluded that the greatest success principle of all was, "learn from the experts."

Learn From the Experts

If you want to be a big success in any area, find out what other successful people in that area are doing, and do the same things, until you get the same results. When I studied the interviews, speeches, biographies and autobiographies of successful men and women, I found that they all had one quality in common. They were all described as being "extremely well organized." They used their time very, very well. They were highly productive and they got vastly more done in the same period of time than the average person.

Be Both Effective and Efficient

High performing men and women were both effective and efficient. They did the right things, and they did them in the right way. They were constantly looking for ways to improve the quality and quantity of their output. As a result, their contribution to their organizations was vastly higher and therefore much better paid, than the contributions of the average person.

Here are two things you can do immediately to put these ideas into action:

First, develop a study plan today to learn from the experts in your field. This can save you years of hard work.

Second, decide what is the most important thing to do, and then decide how to do it.

CLARITY

Some teachers say that clarity accounts for 80% of success and happiness. Lack of clarity is probably more responsible for frustration and underachievement than any other single factor. People with clear, written goals, accomplish far more in a shorter period of time than people without them could ever imagine.

The Three Keys To High Achievement

You could even say that the three keys to high achievement are, "Clarity, Clarity, Clarity," with regard to your goals. Your success in life will be largely influenced by how clear you are about what it is you really, really want.

Write And Rewrite Your Goals

The more you write and rewrite your goals and the more you think about them, the clearer you will become about them. The clearer you are about what you want, the more likely you are to do more and more things that will help you achieve them. Meanwhile, you will do fewer and fewer of the things that don't help to get the things you really want.

The Seven Step Process For Achieving Goals

Here is the simple seven-step process that you can use to achieve your goals faster and easier than ever before.

First, decide exactly what you want in each area of your life. Be specific!

Second, write it down, clearly and in detail.

Third, set a specific deadline. If it is a large goal, break it down into sub-deadlines and write them down in order.

Fourth, make a list of everything you can think of that you will have to do to achieve your goal. As you think of new items, add them to your list.

Fifth, organize the items on your list into a plan by placing them in the proper sequence and priority.

Sixth, take action immediately on the most important thing you can do on your plan. This is very important!

Seventh, do something every day that moves you toward the attainment of one or more of your important goals. Maintain the momentum!

Join The Top 3%

Surveys show that fewer than three percent of adults have written goals and plans that they work on every single day. When you sit down and write down your goals, you move yourself into the top 3% of people in our society. And you increase the probability of getting the same results that they do.

Review Your Goals Daily

Study and review your goals every day to be sure they are still your most important goals. You will find yourself adding goals to your list as time passes. You will also find yourself deleting goals that are no longer as important as you once thought. Whatever your goals are, plan them thoroughly, on paper, and work on them every single day. This is the key to peak performance and maximum achievement.

Action Exercises

Here is how you can apply the principle of clarity immediately:

First, make a list of ten goals that you would like to achieve in the coming year. Write them down in the present tense, as though a year has passed and you have already accomplished them.

Second, from your list of ten goals, ask yourself, "What one goal, if I were to accomplish, would have the greatest positive impact on my life?" Whatever it is, put a circle around this goal and move it to a separate sheet of paper.

Third, practice the seven-step method described above on this goal. Set a deadline, make a plan, and put it into action and work on it every day. Make this goal your major definite purpose for the weeks and months ahead.

If you do this, you might see some amazing changes in your life.

BECOME SELFISH

In order to become selfless, we have to first become somewhat selfish, in a sense that we have to make time for personal self renewal - renewal of our body, mind, heart and spirit. In order to be able to take care of others we have to take care of ourselves. Otherwise we will lose our capacity to serve and contribute.

CONNECTION

One of the functions of a spiritual coach is to help you connect to your own conscience.

These are the general principles to be followed by all human beings:

IS FAILURE REALLY A FAILURE?

Most successful men and women in America, upon being questioned, have admitted that their greatest success in life came as the result of unexpectedly losing a job, or the unexpected collapse of a business.

As a result, they were forced to make new decisions and do different things. They made specific changes that put them onto a new path.

On that new path, they achieved the goals that they had set for themselves.

HOW MUCH YOU REALLY WANT IT?

The true test of how much you really want something is measured by your ability to think about it all the time. When you really want something, you will find yourself thinking about it all the time.

MODELING CLAY

Modeling clay is shaped by a child into various forms such as castles, various animals and men.

The modeling clay is real, while the temporary shapes it assumes are illusory, not being actual castles, animals or men.

Similarly, the entire cosmos is modeling clay in the hands of the Supreme Lord, who acts through His illusory energy to shape the glaring temporary forms of illusion, which absorb the minds of those who are not devotees of the Supreme Lord.
